Ashley, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
Take a video tour of our care home
Discover everything you need to know about our home with our latest video tour. It’ll give you an overview of our home, from the care we provide to the facilities on offer, with photography of the bedrooms and living areas too.
A warm and inviting atmosphere with thriving greenery
We put a real focus on helping our residents get the best health, fitness and nutrition that they possibly can. The home itself is light and airy with residents encouraged to bring in their own possessions to make it feel more like home.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
Whether residents just want to find a quiet place to read or get involved in the numerous activities our home provides, there is ample space to accommodate their wishes.
Keep warm in our conservatory with it under floor heating
Our conservatory is always at the ideal temperature thanks to the underfloor heating making it the perfect room to relax in.
Stroll around our stunning landscape gardens
Our landscaped gardens are wheelchair-friendly, giving residents the freedom to enjoy all areas of our home. And we’ve got a sheltered seating area amongst the plants too.
Watch old classics and new blockbusters
Our cinema room is always available for residents to watch their favourite movies.
There’s no typical day at Heathbrook House, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Get involved with Virtual Reality to help with dementia
We have a very special VR activity that can help residents with dementia relax by immersing them in familiar environments.
Share stories with the younger generations
With regular school visits, residents can spend time and socialise with the visiting children.
“During their most recent inspection, the Care Quality Commission found areas where we need to make changes at this home. We’re determined to provide the very best care, so we’re taking this report extremely seriously and are in the process of making all the required improvements.”
"I am very happy with the level of care my mom is receiving. She is so happy and really enjoys all the activities and entertainment. The staff are also all so lovely, patient and helpful. I am so grateful to know that Mom is safe and happy. Thank you, it puts my mind at ease."

"Would highly recommend as the care my father is getting is brilliant. The care staff are lovely and helpful, and they go above in the care. There is plenty to do for my dad with activities, which he loves getting involved in."

"My mother has always enjoyed staying at the home. She joins in all the activities and especially enjoys the art/craft sessions and the entertainment. Staff are friendly and treat my mother well and some go above and beyond for the home, giving their time and money for the residents. I could not have found a better place for my mother to spend her days."
